Mr. Srinath Ra. Iyengar is a highly accomplished dual-qualified legal professional with over 25 years of experience as a Legal Counsel (India) and Solicitor (UK), combining deep expertise in litigation and corporate legal affairs.
He has 11 years of litigation experience handling civil, taxation, corporate, cross-border contractual, consumer, and land acquisition disputes. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts (Gujarat, Mumbai, Chennai), Tribunals (CESTAT, NCLT, NCLAT), and district courts in India and the UK.
Mr. Srinath Ra. Iyengar also brings 14+ years of corporate experience in the IT industry, having served as Senior Manager – Legal and later as Vice President – Corporate Legal at leading companies such as HCL Technologies, Sutherland Global Services, Ramco Systems, and Photon Interactive.
He holds a Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) from The Law Society of England (2004), an LL.M. in Criminology from South Gujarat University (1999), a Diploma in International & Comparative Law from the University of San Diego, USA (1998), an LL.B. from South Gujarat University (1996), and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from South Gujarat University (1993).
He is a Solicitor with The Law Society of England and Wales and holds key professional memberships, including:
